Could you show me how to change 25ml to mol dm-3

It's for the concentration of NaHCO3 in 250ml of solution

Okay, so:
1dm^3 is a litre. so 1 dm^3 = 1000ml
So to convert from ml to dm^3, you divide by 1000:
i.e. 25/1000= 0.025 dm^3
Then you can work out the concentration of your solution
