Help with mates insurance (Mercedez amg a 45) watch

    So my mate is 19, he has just passed his test. He wants to buy mercedez amg a 45, wants a fully comprehensive insurance, anybody know how much it would turnout to be yearly ?

    I'm sick of these bloody posts. Go do an insurance quote; there are way too many variables to consider, and insurers change their requirements daily. Use comparison websites, and then check the few insurers who don't show up on them.

    Too much. My advice is to buy a cheap shitbox hatchback like everyone else, that way when you scratch it, bump it or crash it, you aren't throwing away thousands of pounds. Your friend frankly isn't good enough to be driving an expensive car, he's clearly too dumb to use a quote comparison site so he's probably too dumb to be driving a new, sporty car safely.

    "No insurers were willing to offer a quote for this combination of driver , vehicle and location " expensive

    so unless he is of very high net worth when the bespoke insurers may be prepared to do something along with the rest of the business for the family ...
