I think it's something That takes time - it can't be too forced. I find that finding what little things set you off and make you upset the most, I know with depression it can be the smallest things but for example if you've found that when you're overloading yourself with work - you stress out and feel low, then do things in smaller doses
It's about finding out what works and doesn't work for your life. It's not easy. I know that but take things step by step.
And definitely seek help! Be it professional - family or friends - whatever help you need.

Meditation, diet, exercise and mindfulness exercises all help. Diet and exercise makes your body more healthy, and also your mind, and it generally puts you in a better head space. We're surprisingly controlled by our bodies on some things. Meditation and mindfulness will let you see things from a different angle and you will be more in tune with yourself and others. You won't be as hung up on the little things.

This is a boring answer , and probably not helpful in the short term... but time !

I agree with the comments above - you need to stop giving AF. Focus only on yourself - eat well, go to the gym, play sports and generally enjoy yourself. If you spend ages going round in circles about FML, you'll fall into a spiral and make your depression/anxiety worse. Don't be afraid to **** a few people off - put yourself out there instead and friends/girls will come to you. You need to make it happen for yourself, no one else can do it for you.
