From Sunday i'll be starting a new diet I have devised for myself.
It's super healthy, and cheap.
No processed foods and no added sugar.
Morning : 300g of Salted peanuts. 1 Pear. 1 Carrot. 500ml of Tap water. 1 cup of Peppermint tea.
Lunch : 1 can of Sardines. 300g of Green Peas. 1 Apple. 500ml of Tap water. 1 cup of Peppermint tea.
Dinner : 300g of Red Lentils. 1 Orange. 100g of Olives. 500ml of Tap water. 1 cup of Peppermint tea.

Did the almonds on the previous incarnations of this diet work out too expensive?
