This is for the International Relations with Economics course at the University of Birmingham. I'm predicted an A in Economics, a B in History and a C in politics. I've used their offer calculator and my chances are 'likely'. How accurate is this usually and is it worth applying?

It is definitely worth applying! You just really need to ace your personal statement and make sure you get ABB at A2! If you should that you are hard working, they should give you an offer

You could always email the head of admissions of the economics department? Possibly having shown them that you are keen to study there may persuade them to give you an offer.
