Thanks - but I was very certain that I wouldn't be considered... so I'm relatively unprepared for the interview! I've heard around 1pm on 11th of Nov.

I'm sure you'll hear something good soon!

    Hi guys!
I've got an interview on the 23rd and my maths is appalling! Anyone have any suggestions on what resources I could use or what maths type questions could come up?
Thanks for any help and hope to see some of you there! We can panic together.

Congrats! I'm not that useful in terms of what type of maths questions, but... Could you please tell me your application stats? Also when did you hear back?

Surely they must tell everyone about interviews by tomorrow? Any later than that and its less than a week!

I heard on the 11th Nov, but I think they have until 17th Nov to respond.
I did bio, chem, english literature at A2, and maths and critical thinking at AS
Currently doing a BSc in Biomedical Science at KCL.
Absolutely unprepared for this interview!! Any tips would be wonderful

What grades did you get? If you don't mind me asking? And what are you predicted for your degree.

Well its a 10 station MMI. I guess, if you require any equations, they will be provided (I assume).

If you google "The Medic Portal" it has a few example MMI stations. Or just research example MMI stations and try to prepare as best you can for as many stations as you can.

If you look at their stats it seems possible, provided you are an Oxbridge graduate (they make up a large part of the program every year). Also, the e-mail stated that (almost) all applicants had A*AA results. Your bachelor degree does not seem to matter at all, even if you would get a maximum score there (100%). It seems they only use it to differentiate between candidates (looking if it is first class or not). I am speaking out of personal experience. They will always judge you on things you did roughly 3-4 years ago and not on the scores you obtained most recently. It seems they are looking for a very specific kind of student.

    Cheers,
