Hope he continues to get better. Completely expect his son to be racing in F1 one day.

Me too!
Unfortunately, things aren't looking good, but must stay positive and hope for the best!

It'd be good to see, esp if he races for Ferrari!
He's got a lot to live up to though, a lot of pressure on him
Kind of like Bruno Senna really don't you think?

What's going on with him at the moment? I know the basic gist of what happened but after this amount of time (2+ years in a coma?) surely he isn't going to get better?

Not a lot as far as I know. It's all rather secretive currently so I don't know fully what's going on. Doesn't look good though,
No I don't think he will make it tbh, but am still hoping for the best

He was a great driver for his time and a pity is he retired from F1, he should have either remained in F1 or remained in retirement.
The gap simply meant he could never match the skill and experience of his younger competitors as they simply had better experience with the car and those cars had indeed changed significantly while he was in retirement.

It must also not be forgotten he had a whole troupe of engineers, managers and strategist who were simply fantastic as well and Ferrari happened to be one of the wealthiest F1 team that had the means to splash out for him.

Would he be my all time favourite driver?? Far from it, that honour will always belong to the late Ayrton Senna.

I'm sure I heard he was out of his coma? Had lost weight, was unable to talk, but could cry? Did I imagine that? Or was it false information posted somewhere?
