I'm just confused as to whether the new beakers would have different concentrations as they have different volumes and if they do how would I work out the new concentrations?
I need to plot a graph of absorbance against concentration.

Yes, they all have different concentrations.
First you need to work out the amount of chromium (III) nitrate in each flask, using n=cv. Then you can work out the concentration through c=n/v.
Remember to convert cm3 to dm3 by dividing by 1000
