Yay or nay? Do most PS have conclusions to them or not? My conclusion is a small paragraph 232 characters long. It kind of just expresses my excitement and readiness to begin the course, but I'm wondering whether I could instead just add something else about myself or my interest in the course.

Conclusions should be short and snappy and should reiterate why you want to study the course. Neatly tie in your conclusion with the rest of your statement is the advise I would give.

Just don't waffle in a conclusion - there aren't enough words. Just sum up the main points of your PS relevant to the course you've applied to in a sentence or two.
