Gcse ict animal shelter

Currently doing my IT GCSE, my works all at a a/a* standard and I've pretty much got most of the coursework done. HOWEVER. I am struggling at the report. I've literal got no clue what to write.....please help. (I've read the CAB requirements and etc. but still I'm struggling to write anything) ಥ_ಥ

I am also doing the controlled assessment for the CAB on the animal shelter. And I am not sure what to write in my activity reviews and how detailed they should be?
