    Hey tsr community!

I'm your average year 11 student who is trying to revise for my exams. Recently I've found it better to sleep early at like 7-8pm and wake up at 1am and revise , mainly because there is no distractions and i can just focus.

Some of my teachers told me this is bad and i shouldn't be revising at this time but i find it better to do so :/. Does anyone else revise early mornings aswell? Or is there anyone here has done when they were in year 11 and how was your results?

    Thank you!

I don't revise early mornings, but I like doing homework early mornings. I go to sleep at like 11, and then wake up at 6 to do homework. Everyones sleeps in different ways. If it works for you, feel free. I know people who sleep in two intervals and do work in between them. Make sure that you're actually absorbing the information though and you're actually alert rather than half-asleep skimming the pages of your textbook. Make yourself a cup of tea or something before you start just to wake you up.
