Hi there. I have recently been working in fruit and veg section of Tesco however I have really not been enjoying all the heavy lifting and standing around in the dark chillers. I did some overtime on checkouts today and really enjoyed interacting with customers and working on the till. Friends on checkouts also like it. Do you think if I asked to move they would get annoyed or look unfavourably on keeping me on after Christmas for asking? Thanks

It really depends. Are they looking for people on checkouts right now? In my experience, they don't like people joining and then asking for a switch, but you could find it different. If it's really difficult for them to do, and you insist, then that won't look good on you. It's your call
