I'm currently at DMU but i'm not happy here and want to move back home, so i'm gonna try and transfer to LJMU after first year. Can anyone give me any pointers on what i need to do and when to do it?

I'm going to the same and move from MMU back home to John Moores too, I filled in an enquiry form on their website for 2017 entry and just explained the situation and asked if it would be possible to transfer and if so how to do it, so you could try that! I haven't heard anything back yet though. I'm also a bit stuck on how to go about it

    Hey,

I think it depends on what kind of course you're on, and the one you're hoping to transfer to. In any case, I'd expect that you might possibly have to just start the course from scratch. However, if the course is very much like for like, there might be an option to slot in.

I'd definitely call the admissions team for the course and explain your situation, they may want you to discuss where you're up to with an academic too.
