How do you Guys out there revise? Watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hello,How do you revise...

What do you guys do in addition to stuff such as :

    Past papers
    Going through Notes
    Making notes
    Exam Technique

    What else?
I would love to hear from you all?

This is probably really standard but I make notes once I finish learning a topic. Then I come back to it and make condensed notes from these clearer notes, in the form of que cards or smaller pieces of paper. Then I condense those into topic mind maps and revise from them. The key with my revision technique is to make the notes smaller and smaller as I go so I can recall more information. I'll usually at this point recite topics to myself, as if I was explaining it to someone else. Because I'm used to writing things down, this really helps forming ideas in my head for questions or complex concepts. Then I will do my past papers, mark them, and if I don't get full marks/the grade I want, I will redo them as perfect as I can get them and revise those incase they come up on the exam. Hope this helped?

Notes on the topic, keep writing them up (condensed) and going over them with flashcards etc. Once I have the understanding and decent memorization, I start bringing in a bunch of past papers to help consolidate knowledge.
