Getting very angry/upset over break up Watch

One minuet I am the only boy my ex talks to. The next minuet without even telling me, she's effectively dumped me, and is forming a close relationship with another male. I am getting pretty angry and upset over it, but I am too shy/worried to tell my parents about it, they think it's because I'm spending too much time playing games and that is then affecting them because they are getting upset beacause I become angry at them.

Any words of advice? I'd like to move on, but it's really hard, as I fully understand its not just about looks, its the person's personality, and I find that one hard to find in other girls.

    Thanks.

The only way you will move on is if you distance yourself from her. Not having her around you will help you to move on eventually which means deleting her off social media, blocking her number and try to focus on yourself going to the gym helps you to boost your mood, hang out with your friends or do things you enjoy. Just keep busy so you will stop thinking of her but yes you need to cut her out of your life to move on if she is always around you it will be hard.
You are probably still in school dont worry there are other girls out there for you but you being angry and upset will stop you seeing there is someone else who can make you happy.

Yeah, thanks. I actually do go to the gym quite regularly (usually twice a week). Its just very hard beacause she's in almost all my classes, and she sits next to me in one of them.
