I have an Apple-ish shape, when I gain a few pounds. Now it's between inverted triangle/rectangle-more the former, because shoulders and boobs.

Enough chatter.....why the **** would you want to change from a Pear shape?

Do you how much **** people get for having an Apple shape?

For a lot a reasons, but mostly because I only put weight on my tights and also cause I love apple shaped bodies, they're usually more lean and fit.

    And I want skinny legs.

More risk of a heart attack, and Type 2 diabetes? I didn't know that was 'more fit'.

I'm sorry but, reading articles, and science journals telling you that your body is pretty much bottom of the pile/unfeminine isn't great, just be happy with what you've got.

And, for the record, no, you can't change it, fat distribution is pre-determined by genetics.

no, you can't change your body shape... the way your fat is distributed is pretty much down to genetics
