    I hate them so much, it`s just a memory test. 2 weeks to remember 500 words off by heart, are they really testing your ability to speak in another language?

    Simply memorising stuff can't get you an A*. They test your spontanaeity as well.

    To try and remember it quickly you can make a song out of it. Sounds lame, I know, it helps though.

    This isn't exactly how you should be tested so to make sure your speaking skills are tested properly make sure you know what you are saying. This will also help with the questions asked at the very end. Also when memorising this practise your German accent.
