I'm just wondering how they managed to fit in Constitution and Parliament in six weeks...

Anyways here are some good textbooks/revision guides you can get:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Edexcel-Gov.../dp/1444178806

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Edexcel-Gov...E74VKZH5N2QCDP

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Books/Ede...5B0RNW6EBDZ8NW

    Some tips:
    • Keep up to date with the current news and what's going on in the world
    • start past paper essays as early as possible so you have more time to improve
    • If you don't understand anything, do ask your teacher.

A bit too quick imo! But I would also advise that when you do your own work, try to go into as much detail as possible so you really understand the concepts and theories. Refer to the spec for guidance on topics you need to know.
