There's nothing wrong with people doing courses in those subjects but there is a standard to what a degree is (it varies between unis but there are limits). Those subjects can not reach those standards. Some of those courses (like for beauty) people get as lower qualifications which make more sense.

Edit: I didn't see them all, what I said does not include fashion buying. That is just ridiculous.


Fashion Buying is a real subject. There are thousands of buying jobs out there. Every fashion brand, store and designer will have a team of fashion buyers. Its fairly difficult and they get paid a lot of money. I think this degree is a lot more practical for industry than a classics degree.

Don't comment on an industry you know nothing about.

I love people slagging off courses that they obviously don't have a clue as to the content off.
But what do I know, apparently since I'm studying drama, I'm going to be an actor :rolleyes:
