You can talk about how mechanics should use a wrench with a longer handle to unscrew tyre nuts.
Hypothesis: The larger the distance from the pivot at which the effort force is applied, the lower the effort force will be to lift a given load.
Method:
1) Place a 1m ruler on a triangular block (pivot) at the 30cm point
2) Place three 100g masses on the shorter end of the ruler, giving a load of 3N
3) Continuously place 100g, 50g, 20g and 10g masses on the longer end of the ruler until the 3N load is lifted
4) Record the effort force required to life 3N load (100g = 1N)
5) Repeat by moving 10cm closer the pivot and stop when 20cm away from pivot
