With it being anti-bullying week, has anyone seen or been a victim of bullying at their work place. Did you have enough courage to report it? Was any action taken?

Yeah. I did report it but was basically told it was my own fault, a personality clash and the only 'option' given to me was to move to a different location and work nights instead of days so I quit.

Sad to hear that, shame when bosses don't bother to look at it properly.
