The cardiovascular system is a mass transport system. Can you think of the items it transports?

I actually don't know what kind of transport are you talking about eith cellular level or system level.
In case of cellular level transport of molecules or ions occurs by
1. DIffusion
2.Facilitated Diffusion
3.Osmosis
4. active transport
5. Bulk transport
At tissue and organ level, cardio-vascular system, impulses, neurotransmitters and so on may work.
