I want to improve my life... watch

    I have been getting 'wasted' on drink, eating crap, not going to bed at a reasonable time and generally wasting my life.
    I really want to improve myself, start back at the gym, get nice skin again, get muscle tone, feel good, go to the toilet reguarly, not binge eat etc.
    I dont know why I am telling you....

    Best time to start then is now - get to bed in a bit .. plan out a routine and *****g stick to it (Y) *sorry for the language * sorry if this advice isnt any good..but just remember, Consistency is the key!

    Stop drinking so much, it's the easiest fix. It is creating you bad sleeping patterns, giving excess calories and probably not making you feel so good!

    Dont know if I should not drink or just drink less....
    I am a student and it is hard being in some clubs and with people (if they are drunk) if you are not wasted. I know that sounds sad and I wish I had mates who were not just into drinking.

    Just because your mates are all drinking doesnt mean you have to join in every time. In know it can be hard not to go along with the crowd but its clearly making you feel like crap which is not a good way to live your life. You could try talking to your mates, explaining that although you enjoy going out with them you dont want to get wasted everytime. And as a student there must be loads of societies/sports and other social events that you can get involved in that will allow you to have a good time and make new friends without drinking.
    I totally agree with what Rei allready suggested - get in to a routine. Try to get to bed not too late, everything is easier when you have had a good nights rest. Drink plenty of water and aim to eat your 5 a day, even if you dont make it you will still be eating some healthy food, and this should help with going to the toilet regularly. If you cant face going back to the gym just yet try going for a run or even a walk, basically dont let yourself sit around doing nothing or you could slip back to an unhealthy lifestyle.
    You HAVE to look after yourself, if you want to improve yourself you can but try not to be influenced by the way your friends behave
