Ballet shoe sizing help

I'm a size 6 and on the website I'm looking at it gives you the option to order the shoe in size 6, 6L and 6HL, what's the difference? I would usually go into a dance shop and get fitted etc but I'm in a rush. Thank you x

In my experience, an L size just means the larger version (so the adult size rather than the child's one) and HL means a very hard sole. I could be wrong though. What website are you trying to order from?
