OCR to AQA

So I was wondering if it is possible to switch schools at the end of AS with the same subjects and grades? Considering I study linear qualifications I'm not so sure. I do:

-Maths (Edexcel)

-Physics (Linear OCR)

-Chemistry (Linear OCR)

-Biology (Linear OCR)

So could I transfer to a different school with these exam boards? And would I be allowed to transfer my OCR grade to (for example) AQA if the new school doesn't do OCR?

You can't "transfer" your grade from OCR to AQA, the only way you will get an AS level from AQA is by taking their exams.
The majority of the core course content will be exactly the same, but the more specialised areas of each subject will very depending on exam board, and since we now take linear exams all knowledge from year 12 will be assumed in year 13, both in exams and to understand the new content. You would have to learn all this yourself.

If I am willing to learn all the content and take the AQA AS exam, would I be allowed to take it and move forward into A2? Seeing as my AS grade doesn't count toward anything

Overall, I NEED to move schools but can't find a way to do so, is there any way this can be achieved?

Since your science subjects are linear you have nothing to transfer as the A level grade is determined only by your results from your year 13 exams. As long as the content you have studied this year is very similar to content learnt at another school using a different examiner you would be able to catch up. The specifications are pretty similar. You would have to talk to them about practical work they have done and whether you have any gaps. The only way way to find out if another school will be happy to accept you is to approach them and ask and agree any conditions they would set (e.g, end of year exam results).
