Pretty good - went there from year 9 to 13 and they offer a good education that's been getting better year on year. The facilities are good and the teachers are for the most part knowledgeable with some even being exceptional. If you have the chance to go to Westminster, St Paul's, Habs, Harrow, or Eton - I'd probably say go for one of those purely for the academics... but under that Highgate would offer you as good a chance as any to get that bundle of A's whilst also having a good time.

Oh just realised you're a girl from another of your posts - I was in the year that the first cohort of girls came into the Sixth Form and integration was without problems (even though there was ridiculous leniency toward the female contingent!! - I don't know how true this is anymore as the school has changed headmaster).
As for other good schools that cater for girls - City of London for girls & the North London Colegiate are also good.
