Graduate application deadline date - can you still apply on that date?

This is for Arup. They have graduate positions with an application deadline date of 23/11/2016.

Can I assume the deadline is at midnight of the 24th? (in other words, I can still submit an application on the actual day of the deadline)

I think the deadine date was the 9th of nov

yeah normally it will be like 11.59pm on the 23rd. But sometimes applications close at like 5pm or something, so if it hasn't been made clear, it's better to get it in in the morning of that day if you're going to leave it that late
