Differences between Therapeutic cloning and Fusion cell cloning?

Hello guys, so I have a Biology exam soon and I'm very confused about the differences between therapeutic and fusion cell cloning; they both involve the extraction of the nucleus and inserting another so why are they named differently? Please help :smile:
