I just hate them! I've never had one but I find them really hard to use. I can pick up almost any phone and know how to use it instantly, but with Nokias I always call people by mistake.

I'm happy with my Sony Ericsson T610
i don't like them either. For the same reason. I am also happy, but with my motorola. It serves its purpose and that is to communicate with people.
