How do you get the answer, I dont know what time to read the percentage drop from

If so you are lookin at A and C at one second.
A is 4.2 dm3
C is 0.8 dm3
Subtract c from a to get 3.4. That's the difference in FEV between them (how much lower C is than A)
Divide 3.4 by 4.2 and times by a hundred to get 80.95.....%
