core 1 maths help?

Sketch the following circle:
x^2+y^2-3x-10y=0

The answer on the back of the book says that the centre is ( 1 1/2,5) passes through the origin.
I got the centre bit but i dont get how you could work out if the equation of the circle passes through the centre or not??

To show that the circle passes through the origin (0,0), you just need to substitute in x = 0 and y = 0 into the equation x^2+y^2-3x-10y=0 and show that it is satisfied.
