If you want to be smart or good looking the other aspect will suffer i.e 160 IQ if you want to be smart and not great looking. Or good looking and 70 IQ.

Also state if you are male or female!

70 IQ is ******ed, right? any physical attraction anyone would have felt towards you would disappear as soon as they realised that you had the brain of a 3 year old.

160 IQ often in real world application isn't necessarily an attractive thing.

IQ isn't an indicator of innate intelligence - you can get better at them, and does not even measure intelligence "holistically" e.g. Andy Warhol had a relatively low IQ despite being prodigiously creatively intelligent.

I think most intelligence is earned and to an extent, good looks are too. But intelligence moreso. Hence I'd prefer to be attractive with an IQ of 70.

Smart because dumbness = unattractive and also I could use my smartness to try and become wealthy and change my looks if I really felt it was necessary

Absolutely plus the options are unbalanced anyway. As pointed out 70 is down at ******ed level whereas the balance is not great looking, which is pretty ambiguous.

Born good looking (I don't even... What? Because babies are good looking? :wtf:) - grow old ugly

Born smart (why, yes, I do know a new born who knows pi to 61 digits.) - learn how to make yourself good looking, and stay good looking until you're a corpse.

I think a better question would be 160 IQ smart and ugly, or IQ 100 and hot. I would still choose smart either way.
