What are you doing to stay updated about current affairs?

The Economist is £12 a month for students and my school library actually has a subscription. Check your local library too.
Other than that, I have BBC News and Al Jazeera in my News App and check those for more immediate news stories before reading the Economist through the week. The business section here is usually enough but in case I want to be more thorough I usually go check out bloomberg and the FT on specific stories after hearing about them in the Economist.
