I sent back 1) which was the letter from UCAS with the slip at the bottom we (sometimes) needed to send back to our Uni, and for my identification I sent my birth certificate.
Opened a student account with natwest today, but forgot to ask about the rail card. is it done automatically? cause i don't remember giving them a pic or anything.....

They send you a letter and you can get your pic to them by post, email or cameraphone.
I upgraded my normal account to a natwest account and have been sent booklets and stuff but they haven't asked for any of that?
They don't seem to ask for it when you upgrade for some reason, Its just new accounts. I'm going to take it with me though when I ask to get my overdraft put on just in case.
If you put that address on an envelope and hand it in at ur local branch, it should save u the postage (the original envelope was pre-paid postage, but not freepost, so u would need to stick a stamp on).

Lol. I was only trying to be helpful Pointing out that it was a postage paid envelope, not a postage paid address . Therefore it might work out cheaper to go to the branch and have them post it for free.
