How to tie a tie: quick and easy

Thanks to this guy I can now finally tie a tie in about half a minute or less because I've memorized the procedure.

You can't beat this if you're in a hurry for say, an interview like I was today!
No double Windsor knot or anything: just a basic, simple tie knot!

Hooray for the quick tie method!
I hope everyone learns from this!
The four-in-hand is rather for schoolboys, though! It doesn't make a very beautiful knot.

What knot does the guy in the suit have in this video?

I presume you're talking about the drinker and not the barman. I'm not an expert and can't tell just by looking, but that knot seems fairly full and even - it doesn't have the 'lopsidedness' that a four-in-hand can have. It's probably a half-windsor - it doesn't look quite wide and 'fat' enough to me to be a full windsor.
The thin bit out front alone always wins imho
