How do I find the length X? Question C.

Have you got any working or tried to do the question? I'd advise to take moments if you haven't tried yet

Can you post your working, please? I believe you added the 2 0.1N forces together to get 0.2N, which is partially correct
(edited 7 years ago)
moment is force times distance
the anticlockwise moment is 0.2N x 5 cm
the clockwise is 0.1 N x ycm
and those numbers equal each other as the system is balanced
( i think, i was never good at mechanics)
