Checking #2 first, from information about Kevlar is lighter, it thus has lower density = mass/volume

For same length of steel vs kevlar, hence Kevlar has lower mass. So #2 is correct.

#1 is correct - between chains of Kevlar there is H-bond just like between beta sheets (secondary structure of proteins)

#3 is wrong because - if #1 is correct, that means there is permanent dipole.
