I am about to apply due to a school deadline on the 5th and I need more time to get my predictions fixed.
I got ABB at AS and am predicted ABC. Can I initially apply for 3 unis and then apply for 2 more with updated predicted grades?
Also will universities look at my AS grades? Because atm they're the only thing I have going for me.

Because for some reason my school values chapter tests more than actual grades.

Just talk to your teachers individually about it and discuss that you really need it, how you will improve, etc. That way you can have your updated predicted grades before the 5th. As far as I know, you can't update your predicted grades once you've sent your application off because they're a part of your teachers' references.

I'm afraid I can't. My teachers have been completely unreasonable about the situation and there is nothing I can do about it until the next few tests.

Do you have a curriculum manager you could contact? I think they oversee the grade predictions before they're put on.

Hi, I believe your teachers can update your predicted grades if you are applying via UCAS extra. Not sure though, you can ask for more info from your teachers

I've tried asking everyone and it's the same answer.

your Teachers can update your Predicted grades i think by emailing UCAS or the school could phone them to ask how to do it. It would be worth trying if your predictions do go up.
