Trusts - Uncertainty of Subject Matter "One of"

I have been given a problem question which I am struggling with.

In the question it states that Herbert is holding on trust for Madge "one of the tickets in the National Lottery which I bought on Saturday", Herbert dies and "one of the five tickets that Herbert had bought won the first prize of £6 million in the National Lottery"

Does "one of" here mean uncertainty of subject matter? Does she have the choice as to which ticket to have ie. can she chose the winning ticket?
