Why is it saying my login in is not valid? Help!

Hi, I have recently been asked for an interview and to find out more information on it I am supposed to login into the applicants area of the LJMU site. It asks for your UCAS ID and email. I have been entering my personal ID which UCAS gives you and online it says that this is your UCAS ID. I have also been using the correct email address, however it isn't letting me login as it is saying, "not a valid login," just wondering if someone could help me, because I am really confused as to why is isn't a valid login :frown:
