Can you apply to UCAS while still at university?

Hiya! I'm seriously considering dropping out of the university I'm currently at (Warwick) because it doesn't fit my personality at all, but I don't want my tuition fees/accommodation fees/society fees for this year to go to waste! Would anyone happen to know if it's possible for me to apply to the university I want to study at (Goldsmiths) while still a student at my current uni? (i.e. could I finish my first year and apply through UCAS at the same time?) Thank you so much for your help!!
