Photography

Hi guys, i want to be a photographer when i'm older. I am currently in Year 9 and i have to choose my options soon and I don't know what subjects to take that will help me get my wanted job when I'm older.

At the moment I'm taking double science,
Geography,
and Spanish.

I also want to make media and my teacher said I should also take art. But I'm not 100% sure. So I need other opinions, so what do you guys think?

If your school doesn't offer photography as a gcse subject then yes, I agree with your teacher that you should take art. Media will be useful too. Another option that could be useful is business studies, especially if you think you might become self-employed.
