Ray Jones has been named as the QPR played who was killed in a car accident early this morning. Such a sad loss of a player who had bags of potential, and just 19 years old.

R.I.P

Rest in Peace young man.
Everyone a QPR must be so saddened by this after another of their young talents was murdered (last year?).

Yeh, one of their youth players was stabbed outside his school I think.
Terrible.

Apparantly there were 5 in the car. Ray Jones and one other were dead at the scene, three were taken to hospital where one of them died, another is still in a critical condition, and one is walking wounded.

Everyone at QPR is devastated. The team is on it's way back from Burnley as we speak, apparantly Gregory and Bolder (mananger and captain respectively) are going to make a statement this afternoon.

As a QPR fan...I just can't believe he's gone. He was only 18, he signed a 3 year contract with us, he could have seen the Premiership with us, he had so much talent he could have been there, in the first team, on that day.

QPR fans have already started travelling to Loftus Road with flowers, shirts and scarves. I want to go but I have to pick my brother up from work, and if we drive down together we won't get back till late.

RIP Ray.

R.I.P. Been told he had bags of potential, capped for England Under 19s, so very sad for Q.P.R. and for football.

It's terrible. Poor guy. Didn't another QPR player die last year as well, or was that a player from another club? A bit vague i know but i can't remember. I feel so sorry for his family, and the other two lads. How bad must that feel

This is the second time in a week we've lost a young lad so tragically; such a shame.

May he rest in peace.
