GCSE Equivalent of SAT

I took SAT in January 2016 and got the following scores:
Critical Reading: 520
Writing: 530
Multiple choice: 520
Essay: 8
I am now in London UK preparing for A-Level (year 12). Am I required to do GCSE in English? Would the scores of my SAT be equivalent to GCSE requirement?

Not required to do GCSE English for a US university. Whether your secondary school wants to is a different matter.

There's no conversion between SATs and GCSEs.
GCSEs and SATs are completely different, so you can't really compare them. GCSE English is completely different from SAT reading and writing.
