I think it is C going to E because it has the most higher transition state .. Do you have any idea ??

Surely E going to C also goes via the highest transition state?

The maximum height also doesn't matter, it is the difference in heights from any stage to another that matters, very often this will involve the highest, but not necessarily.

How much energy is needed to go from C to D (and then on to E) compared to how much is needed to go from E to D (and then on to C)?
