Conditional or Unconditional?

Hi! I wanted to ask about an offer I was made for 2017 at the University of Glasgow. So track tells me it's conditional, but it says "this offer is subject to you obtaining" and nothing more. The sentence is cut short and then it tells me about my fee status and asks me to send my scores to the university as entered in my application.

What does this mean? Has it happened to anyone before? Why are there no conditions stated?

Hello there!

I received a conditional offer, but I've read about a few people with this problem already. Apparently, all you have to do is send a copy of your grades and they will change the conditional status to unconditional.
