    How long does it take to notice a difference in fitness level?

    I don't do any exercise at the moment, but my mum bought me an exercise bike. Say I started off doing 20 minutes on there daily, how long before I'd start to notice an improvement in fitness?

    Its a difficult question. Its subjective. Maybe your body reacts slowly to exertion. Maybe it doesn't.

    I've been doing Muay Thai for 2 months. But before that I have been a avid jogger/runner for as long as I remember.

    After doing 3/4 Muay Thai sessions space around 2 weeks, I noticed my running was far easier. Less chest pain and I could push even harder.

    So if you notice things getting easier, you're on the right course. I do advise you do much more than the exercise bike if you want great results.

    i started doing an hour 5/6 days a week and it took me about 3 weeks so i guess it'll take you about 6?
    Try to do 30-45 mins if you can as you'll notice a difference more quickly
