SOAS Term Dates?

Hey everyone,

Was just wondering something about SOAS' term dates.

Term 1 Monday 24 September - Friday 14 December 2007
Term 2 Monday 7 January - Friday 14 March 2008
Term 3 Monday 14 April - Friday 13 June 2008

In Term 3, do we actually have lectures for all 8 weeks? Because I know that exams are mixed somewhere in there, I just don't quite know how it works. Is there a few weeks of lectures, study time, then exams or something?

There are usually no classes, apart from revision lectures.

If you didn't get through all your classes over the other terms then you will have catch up classes, but otherwise all there is to do is study until exams start.

^ Yes it does, I think the first one is around late October/early November.

2 reading weeks, one in mid Nov, one in mind Feb.

Third term is revision lectures for two weeks and then exams. If you're really unlucky, you'll have an exam the day after the May Day bank holiday.
