    Hi,

Which board's Further Maths, should i choose?
I have only one year to study. CIE has only two units while Edexcel has 6.

Plz Advice me. Which is better?

I don't know much about CIE so I won't comment relevantly. I hope you realise that the full further maths A-level is 12 modules. The full maths A-level is 6 modules. Edexcel has the advantage of doing the AEA on your home board, though, by the way. I wouldn't let that influence your decision much though.

    dear smart_123_2,

CIE further maths consists of 2 units but they include Mechanics, Statistics and of course Pure Mathematics. Each paper is more than 2 hours if Im not mistaken. And, from what I know, applied mathematics is emphasised more for CIE further maths. Have you taken Math?? If you have then you should be fine. One year of F.math studying should be sufficient.

You should check their website for for info

it is best to do further maths to edexcel, because you have already done maths with them.
