Change of circumstances
I have had an issue with my account since transferring from one university to another, this is all sorted now and they said that processing my change of circumstances. I am current still waiting for my childcare grant and 4 weeks past my pay date, I said there anyway of processing my account quicker.

When your application goes through reassessment due to any changes your application will be added to the current workflow. There is no way in which we can prioritize your case unless you call and escalate the case. Even at that we cannot guarantee your case will be sent for priority processing.
